Naava Grey Warns About Witchcraft in the Music Industry: “Not All Money Is Good”

Respected Ugandan singer and songwriter Naava Grey has spoken out about a hidden side of the music industry that many fear to talk about, witchcraft. In a bold and eye-opening interview, the celebrated vocalist revealed that spiritual manipulation is real in the entertainment world and cautioned fellow artists to stay spiritually grounded.

Naava, known for her soulful vocals and calm presence, didn’t hold back when asked whether she believed that witchcraft exists in the music business.

“Yes, it’s real,” she said. “I’ve seen things in this industry that you can’t explain with logic. Things that go beyond what’s normal. It’s spiritual, and if you’re not careful, it can affect your life and your career.”

She explained that in a space where fame and money are often the main goals, some people will go to dangerous lengths just to stay on top or to bring others down.

“There are things that happen behind the scenes that many artists are not even aware of,” Naava said. “That’s why you have to stay sober. Be prayerful. Don’t just chase after money and success blindly.”

Naava emphasized that not everything that looks like a blessing actually is one. She warned artists, especially those new to the industry, to be cautious of the opportunities and gifts that come their way.

“We shouldn’t always run after money,” she said. “You don’t know where that money is coming from. Not all money is good. You have to pray about everything that’s handed over to you.”

She went further to say that even the people closest to an artist, such as friends, managers, and handlers, can have hidden motives. According to her, blind trust can be dangerous.

“Just because someone is in your circle doesn’t mean they want the best for you,” she explained. “Sometimes, the very person guiding your career is the one silently holding you back.”

Naava recounted a chilling incident involving a friend in the industry who received what seemed like a major blessing but which quickly turned into a career-ending curse.

“I had a friend who was given a huge envelope of money,” she shared. “We all thought it was a breakthrough. But not long after that, their career just collapsed. It was intentional. Someone wanted to dethrone them.”

She also mentioned how sometimes even luxurious gifts like cars can be spiritually manipulated.

“Someone can gift you a car,” she said. “But that car might not be a blessing—it could be something to hold you back spiritually or even physically.”

Naava’s comments have sparked conversations online, with fans divided over whether to take her warnings literally or see them as symbolic. But for Naava, the message is simple: artists need to protect their spiritual lives just as much as they protect their music.

“This industry will tempt you,” she said. “People will offer you things. But you have to stay awake. Pray. Trust your gut. If something doesn’t feel right, it probably isn’t.”

Naava Grey has always stood out not just for her voice, but for her calm, wise demeanor in an industry often filled with noise and chaos. Her latest remarks add to her growing image as someone who not only sings beautifully but also speaks with depth and purpose.

As she continues to work on new music and guide younger artists, Naava hopes that more creatives will learn to value spiritual clarity and personal peace over material gain.

“Protect your soul,” she concluded. “Because at the end of the day, fame fades. But your peace—that’s something worth holding onto.”
